About the fees

Professionalism costs, but not so much that nobody could afford it and the policy of our office is a simple one – everything can be negotiated.
      Every our client is an individual case which deserves to be treated accordingly. The amount of the honorarium depends of:

- the list of requested services;

- their frequency or duration;

- amount of the job;

- the deadlines they must be provided in. 

No matter of the honorarium’s amount, the quality and serious attitude for the provided services is guaranteed!

All services are provided based on an agreement as well with according documents. The services can be paid in cash or by a bank transfer.

Our fees are established freely in an open and transparent manner through discussion with our clients and will always represent the real cost of provided legal services.

Law Office „Dorel Rotaru” offers you the following possibilities of payment of remuneration:

• subscription;
• hourly pay;
• legal representation.
